We want to help you get the most out of your Croissant experience! If you find you are unhappy with your membership, however, please reach out to us to see if there’s anything we can do to help.

As per our terms of service, refunds are not available for unused or partially used membership cycles. If you would like to downgrade to a lower membership tier, please note that your downgrade will apply to your next monthly cycle. We are not able to refund your membership once your cycle has already begun.

If you decide to cancel, as long as you make sure to cancel your membership 24 hours before it renews, you will not be charged for another month moving forward.
