Updated this week

We’re updating how pauses work on our platform, giving members more clarity and flexibility in managing their subscriptions. This policy will go into effect from November 15, 2025.

What’s Changing

  • 45 Pause Days Per Year
Each member will have up to 45 pause days per year, resetting on the anniversary of their signup date.

  • Rolling 12-Month Window
Pause days will be calculated on a rolling 12-month cycle, based on your signup anniversary.

  • Transition for Current Pauses
If your account is paused when the new policy begins, you’ll remain paused as scheduled, and the new policy will apply once your pause ends.

How It Works

  • Your remaining pause days will be tracked in the system and clearly displayed in your account settings.

  • You can still view and edit your pause in your account settings as usual.

  • You’ll receive email notifications:

    • When you set a pause

    • One day before your pause ends

    • On the day your pause ends (with your next renewal date included)

  • Unused pause days will not roll over into the following anniversary year.

What This Means for You

This new policy ensures a fair and transparent system for all members, while still giving you the ability to manage your subscription around life’s changes.
