How to Switch to Pay‑As‑You‑Go
You can access pay‑as‑you‑go in two ways:
After cancelling a current membership
Once your membership is cancelled, pay‑as‑you‑go will automatically become available on your account.Through the Croissant app
If you don’t have an active membership, you’ll see pay‑as‑you‑go as an option when you download and log into the app.
How Billing Works
Pay‑as‑you‑go charges are based on your actual time in a space:
Your payment method is charged when you check out
Time is billed in half‑hour increments
Any unused minutes within the half hour are credited back to your account for future use
This ensures you only pay for the time you actually use.
Buying Hours in Bulk
If you prefer to pre‑purchase time:
You can buy a bulk set of hours in your account settings
These hours are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
You can use them at any time, just like regular pay‑as‑you‑go hours
