How to Add Private Offices on Croissant

Croissant now supports private office listings, allowing members to book dedicated workspace for days, weeks, or months.

You can add offices manually or import them directly from your coworking management platform, with availability staying in sync automatically.


How to Add a Private Office

Option 1 — Create Manually

Best if you don't use a coworking management platform, or want to add a single office quickly.

  1. Log into the Croissant partner portal at getcroissant.com/login

  2. Navigate to Private Offices

  3. Click Add Private Office

  4. Fill in the office details and upload photos

  5. Click Save

Creating a private office manually takes around 30 seconds.


Option 2 — Import from a Platform

Best if you use OfficeRnD, Nexudus, Google Calendar, or another supported provider. Availability stays in sync automatically, eliminating double bookings.

  1. Log into the Croissant partner portal at getcroissant.com/login

  2. Navigate to Private Offices

  3. Click Integrate

  4. Select Import from platform

  5. Choose the offices you want to import

  6. Review the imported details and click Import

You can import multiple offices at once in under a minute.


What Information Do You Need?

When creating a private office, you'll need:

  • Name — a clear, descriptive title for the office

  • Photos — high-quality images to help members understand the space before booking

  • Daily rate — your pricing per day

  • Capacity — the number of people the office accommodates

  • Booking duration — minimum and maximum booking lengths (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, 30 days)


Supported Integrations

Private office availability can be synced with the following platforms:

  • OfficeRnD

  • Nexudus

  • Google Calendar

  • Other supported providers

If you create an office manually first, you can connect it to a platform at any time from the office settings.
