As per our terms of service, refunds are not available for unused or partially used membership cycles. If you would like to downgrade to a lower membership tier, head to your account settings. Please note that your downgrade will apply to your next monthly cycle. We are not able to refund your membership once your cycle has already begun.
If you decide to cancel, you can do so anytime from your account settings. You will have until the end of your current cycle to use any remaining rollover hours and you will not be charged for another month moving forward.ย
If you don't want to lose your hours, don't forget that pausing your membership is another great option!
